She specializes in client relations, LIS-EMR interfacing, and antibiotic stewardship/diagnostic stewardship initiatives. Breanna earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Central Florida and a Master of Science in Medical Sciences from the University of South Florida.

As a seasoned laboratory technical consultant, Matthew brings extensive expertise in laboratory operations, technical problem-solving, and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy in lab settings. His unique blend of technical acumen and business insight allows him to deliver strategic consulting services that drive both operational excellence and business growth.

He possesses over 14 years of clinical laboratory experience, across all laboratory specialties, and has earned ASCP certifications and state licensure in hematology, chemistry, molecular biology, blood banking, and immunology. Matthew earned his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of South Florida and a Master of Science in Biophysical Chemistry from the University of Florida.

As an experienced supervisor, Misty is passionate about developing and fostering a positive laboratory work culture where clinical laboratory personnel feel valued, empowered, and motivated. She has been a Medical Laboratory Scientist for over 20 years and has 10 years’ experience in laboratory administration.

Her background ranges from small physician office-based laboratories to Level 1 trauma centers, but most of her management experience has been in the outreach setting, including patient service centers, multi-location laboratories, and multi-location clinics. Misty earned her Bachelor of Science in Clinical Laboratory Science from the University of Cincinnati and a Master of Arts in Adult Education from the University of Phoenix.
